Direct & Effective Communication

Strategic flow of information can be powerful, that’s why our communication strategy is the heart of our training with property managers.

We aim for a telephone contact with the manager of your property at least every three months, we copy to you our correspondence with tenants to keep you up to date, bills are sent to you prior us paying them so you have a chance to ask us any questions. In the case of a vacancy we aim to talk to you weekly to relay any feedback from the market and keep you updated during this important time (no money coming in).

We also notify you as soon as your tenant is in arrears for more than three days. Our team members are trained to keep diligent notes so that in case of sickness or holidays you don’t have to wait for answers. We like to keep you informed along the way so that you never feel out of the loop or have nasty surprises but can have peace of mind, knowing your asset is in good hands with us.
