STEP 1: FIND A RENTAL PROPERTY

This can be the most challenging part of the rental process as finding a rental property that meets all your needs is often easier said than done. At Property Only we will help you find a rental property that ticks all your boxes. Search our available properties here.

STEP 2: BOOK AN INSPECTION

Once you have found a property that you’re interested in you’ll need to book an inspection. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Book Inspection’ button displayed on the property listing page. We will text you confirmation of your inspection.

STEP 3: SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

Once you have inspected the property you can then submit an application for tenancy form. You can submit this by email: info@propertyonly.com.au.

Alternatively, you can post the application or drop it into one of our local offices. Click here to find your nearest local office.

We endeavor to process all applications within 48 hours. Once your application is approved, you will need to sign the tenancy agreement and pay 2 weeks to secure the property. Please note: the property will not be secured until both the agreement is signed and the 2 weeks rent is paid.

STEP 4: ACCEPTING & SIGNING THE LEASE

Once your application has been processed and accepted, you will be required to meet with the property manager to sign your lease documents. Please allow up to 45 minutes for this meeting as we cover all details surrounding the property, your rental obligations, bond lodgment, rent payment and action for emergency repairs. At this meeting you will be required to pay the agreed bond amount in full.
